If you don’t already have a collection of drum samples (a.k.a “one-shots”, “Hits”) then its time to start collecting them!
Here are a couple to get you started:
The first batch comes a list of 89,305 free music samples compiled and made available for download by MusicRadar.
The second batch comes from Black Octopus’ FREE 1GB OF BLACK OCTOPUS SAMPLES

Be sure to checkout both websites for other great stuff!
Still need more? Try asking your friends or just searching the internet for “Free Drum Samples”. There are millions of them out there. Just be careful to read the licensing agreement to understand what all you are allowed to do the samples.
<aside> ⚠️ Fair warning: I through this video together and so the audio levels are little off. So keep the volume a little lower to avoid hurting your ears when I play the drum samples. I’ll try and rerecord this soon.
