Once the installation has finished, open the Spitfire Audio App.
When the app first launches it will ask you to determine the default location for any related resources it may need to install. You can leave this set to the default location, or if you already have a specific location that you install all your instrument/sample libraries you can set it to that path and click "Finish".

While that is downloading, Spitfire has another collection of free virtual instruments called "LABS" that you may also be interested in adding to your collection. You can download any of these instruments by navigating to the LABS tab within the Spitfire Audio App.
